My favorite area of Lapland. Here you will find authentic Lapland vibes with a focus on nature. The area of Ylläs consists of two charming villages: Ylläsjarvi & Äkäslompolo.
Along with hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails and snow-covered woods, you will also be at Finland's largest ski region. This region offers the best of both worlds, in my opinion. A peaceful haven in the middle of nature, but with lots of chances for adventure!

Winter wonderland in the northern part of Finnish Lapland. Here you will find a stunning National Park where you can wander around for hours. Lots of amazing accommodation options and the longest toboggan ride of Europe. Nature and adrenaline at it's finest!
